Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure environmental compliance
• Report and submit Environmental Control Report in accordance to the prescribed format to the client

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Submit monthly Fire Safety Manager’s inspection report
• Submit annual Fire Safety Report
• Conduct Fire Safety Inspection and Audit on a monthly basis
• Conduct at least 2 table top exercise and 2 fire drill within the specified premises during 12 months period and evaluate the effectiveness of such exercises and drills
• Prepare and implement Emergency Response Plan which include but not limited to Fire Emergency Plan, In-Place Protection Plan and Arson Prevention Plan (APP)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and account through tele-sales, marketing and networking sessions;
• Generate reports on leads, sales performance and marketing collaterals;

Responsibilities:

• Assist WSH Officer to ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of all EHS operations at workplace
• Assist WSH Officer in incident investigation and recommend corrective action to prevent recurrence
• Oversees, implements, coordinates and deliver the EHS programs
• Maintain and control all safety documentation
• Assist in the EHS planning and training incident prevention
• Perform daily workplace inspection and rectify any unsafe practice and condition

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor Company EHS programs and policies to ensure complice with regulations
• Design and Implement Industrial Hygiene program.
• Assist the Company in setting up the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee
• Act as Secretary and assist in chairing the monthly WSH Commitee Meeting and prepare the minutes of meeting
• Conduct WSH Talks and coordinate internal training courses relating to WSH in order to promote WSH awareness
• Assist in organizing WSH Campaign and other promotional activities
• Assist in conducting emergency evacuation exercises
• Assist the Company in industrial accident investigation and reporting in accordance with the requirement spelt out under the workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act
• Maintain, update and retain relevant records and certificates as required under the regulation required by the regulatory authorities
• Perform periodic Safety inspection to ensure the maintenance and improvement of Workplace Safety and Health standards includes machine safety, electrical safety, Personal Protection Equipment, First Aid, Fire Prevention / fighting, Chemical, safety handling.
• Coordinate and correspond with external agencies, MCM, SCDF, etc on WSH related issues / matters.
• Conduct Environmental Health and Safety orientation training to new employees.
• Conduct ISO14001, OHSAS18001 internal audits
• Other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or other relevant subjects.
• Trained and experienced in Industrial Hygiene will be an advantage.
• Registered WSH Officer.
• Registered EC Officer will be preferred.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager will be preferred.
• Possess Confined Space Assessor certificate.
• Possess Confined Work-At-Height Supervisor/Assessor certificate will be preferred.
